2. What data we process
This website does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking technologies of any kind. All fonts and media are served from our own hosting; no requests are made to third-party content delivery networks when you browse this site.
We process personal data only when you choose to send it to us through the contact form: your name, company, email address, optional phone number, and the content of your message.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process contact-form data solely to respond to your enquiry and to conduct any business relationship that may follow from it. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to professional correspondence). Where you have given consent via the form checkbox, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR also applies; you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future.

This website is hosted by WP Engine, in the EU. Form submissions are stored in the website’s database and emailed to us; they are not shared with other third parties, except where we are legally required to do so.
5. Retention
We retain contact-form correspondence for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and thereafter only as required by statutory retention obligations.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state of your habitual residence or place of work.
7. International transfers
We do not transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area unless adequate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR are in place.
